Showcase your products and connect with thousands of visitors at the Quechee Balloon Festival! We’re seeking vendors offering unique crafts, artwork, specialty foods, and more. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of Vermont’s most iconic summer event.
Vendor applications are competitive and curated. Sign up below to apply as a vendor. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Your application will be manually reviewed, and you will hear back prior to the festival with steps to finalize. Please make sure to check your email.
Vendor Information
Juried Craft and Retail
We offer 10×10 space in our tent for 28 exhibitors or in our outdoor space for 22 exhibitors.
- $475 inside the tent
- $400 outside the tent
Nonprofit Rates
We have 10×10 spaces for 6 non-profit exhibitors.
- $275 outside the tent
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage vendors may reserve a space for $725.
Camping
Vendors who wish to reserve a camping space may do so from Thursday through Sunday.
- $150: Site with 10-amp electric
- All sites are 18′ wide
Vendors agree to respect other campers. The fair is not staffed overnight.

Application Deadline

Payment Info
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your booth. The balance, including camping fees, is due by May 2026. You will be contacted after your application is approved with an invoice, and request for proof of insurance. If you have any questions about payment, email events@hartfordvtchamber.com
Electricity
We provide 300 watts per 10′ x 10′ space. Please use high efficiency compact fluorescent lighting or LED lighting. Bring a 25′ extension cord.
Vehicles and Parking
Exhibitor parking is on the event field behind the craft tent. Exhibitors may park two vehicles (car or trailer) in the designated parking area. All vehicles, trailers included, must display their parking pass with booth number or be towed.
Booth Space
Your entire setup must stay within your booth space.
Pets and Smoking: Prohibited
Pets are not allowed at the festival or in the parking area. There is no smoking on the Festival Grounds. Smoking is allowed in the parking and camping areas.
Check-In Time
Check-in is Thursday, June 18th from 12:00 – 7:00 PM and Friday, June 20th from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Failure to check in on time may result in being removed from our list of trusted vendors for future events.
Festival Hours
Friday 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Saturday 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM | Sunday 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Vendors must be open by 3:00 PM Friday, and 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Vendors must remain open to 8:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 7:00 PM Sunday.
Security
We cannot guarantee the safety of any items left overnight, or take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage participants might incur.
